Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes prior to treatment.

Clients wishing to cancel appointments must give 24hrs notice
otherwise cost of full treatment will be charged.

Clients with course treatment must also give 24hrs notice
for cancellation otherwise one session will be deducted.

Course treatments must be used within 9 months of purchase
date.

Gift Vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase date.
