Arthur is a British actor and writer, resident in the UK, with many TV and stage roles to his credit.

Arthur Bostrom is best known for his role as Crabtree, the vowel-mangling gendarme, in the hit BBC comedy series 'Allo 'Allo! written by David Croft and Jeremy Lloyd. This classic sitcom has been shown all over the world in more than eighty countries, from the USA to Sweden and from Mexico to Namibia.

Aside from his work as an actor in both comedy and drama on stage and television, he has also been Director of a Theatre Production Company, with four national UK touring productions to their credit. He has also directed a number of fringe productions. He has interests in most of the performing arts, and works regularly as a voice artist for commercials, voice-overs and reading poetry and novels for tape. He has recently added another string to his bow by becoming an accredited Life Coach.
